Product displays in the Zizito online shop are non-binding. A purchase contract is only concluded after the completion of the ordering process and successful payment. Contract acceptance is confirmed by email. Customers should check their email address for the confirmation. No registration is necessary for ordering, but it is required for some functions. Contract details are based on the transmitted order data and conditions.

Right of Withdrawal for Zizito

You can withdraw from your contract within 30 days without stating reasons. The period begins as soon as you or a third party has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement (e.g., letter, email). You can return the goods within 14 days after the withdrawal declaration, for which we will cover the costs. A loss in value of the goods must only be reimbursed if it is due to unnecessary handling.

The EU Commission has provided an internet platform for online dispute resolution (so-called “OS platform”). The OS platform is intended as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

At Zizito, all prices are stated as final prices, including statutory VAT. We offer free shipping, so there are no additional delivery or shipping costs for you.

We kindly ask you to inspect the goods for defects upon receipt of the delivery and, in the case of obvious damage to the packaging and/or contents, to immediately notify the carrier/parcel service and refuse acceptance, as carriers/parcel services will reject any claim for damages if obvious damage to packaging is not documented upon acceptance. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could contact us as soon as possible to report the damages. Failure to do so, however, will not affect your legal rights.

The statutory warranty period is 2 years and begins on the date of delivery, i.e., receipt of the item by the buyer. If you encounter any problems, our customer service center is here to assist you. For any defects occurring during the statutory warranty period, you have the choice of legal remedies. You are entitled to subsequent performance, rectification/replacement, as well as, if the legal requirements are met, further claims for reduction or rescission as well as, additionally, damages, including compensation for damages instead of performance and reimbursement of your futile expenses.

In the case of slight negligence, our liability as well as that of our vicarious agents is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical, direct average damage. In the case of slight negligence of non-essential contractual obligations, the breach of which does not endanger the performance of the contract, we and our vicarious agents are not liable. The above limitations of liability do not affect your claims arising from product liability.

Furthermore, the limitations of liability do not apply in the event of attributable bodily and health damages or loss of life of the customer.
