Our products for babies and children are tested and certified by the independent SGS laboratory in Switzerland.
– The SGS certificate is an additional safety test for products with stricter criteria than the tests of the base certificates.
– Mechanical goods for children are subject to certification – strollers, bicycles, scooters, tricycles, and car seats.
– For the issuance of the certificate, the performance of the products in stress tests and their compliance with the highest quality standards of the materials used, construction, design, and mechanisms are evaluated.

Our goods are shipped from our warehouses in Germany and the Republic of Bulgaria. Depending on the volume of goods ordered, processing and shipping may take several working days. After dispatch, the standard delivery time is determined by the courier companies we work with – Speedy for Bulgaria and DHL, DPD, or other courier services for international shipments.
According to legal regulations, all undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. The exchange of goods is organized within the same period, with the condition that the intact function and commercial appearance of the purchased items are maintained. An exception is the receipt of damaged goods with the delivery itself, in which case the exchange is the responsibility of the merchant. In retail stores, check the item for damage in addition to the packaging, and if the latter is damaged, the product will be replaced. In the case of wholesale stores, if the packaging is damaged, an additional discount is granted for the sale with damaged packaging. If an item is damaged, it will be replaced.

All wholesale and retail goods offered by ZIZITO Switzerland come with a statutory warranty for compliance with the purchase contract. The warranty terms for our baby and children’s products fully comply with good practices and legal regulations according to the CPA, including the free 24-month warranty. We also offer an additional warranty of 12 months after registering the product serial number on our website.
The warranty service request is sent directly to the ZIZITO team, after which actions to verify compliance with our warranty terms are initiated. Under the warranty terms, the defective product may be repaired or replaced with a new one at the manufacturer’s expense.

Each product has its own detailed description containing precise and comprehensive information on weight, size, features, recommended age range, and technical specifications. Please note that each monitor may cause slight variations in the shades and colors of the photos.
